Extra virgin olive oil
Our extra virgin olive oil comes exclusively from our plantation of olive trees found at the same estate.
Our production is monovarietal, of solely arbequina variety olives. It is the natural juice of a selection of healthy, carefully-maintained olives, from which we extract oil on the same day of harvesting by means of cold pressure, without exceeding 30 ° C at any time during the milling
Subsequently, the oil is left to settle in the winery and, once filtered; we proceed to the packaging, thus obtaining a natural olive oil without additives or preservatives, with low acidity and an extraordinary fruitiness.
